Question 1: Where is your online store located?
We are based in West Jakarta , Indonesia. All shipments were shipped from Jakarta

Question 2: Do you have offline store?
Sorry, currently we don't have offline store. We are currently still an online store, but we have a workshop for pick up your order (by request first)

Question 3: Are your items manufactured yourself?
Yes, we exclusively manufactured our own pieces.

Question 4: Are your items ready stock? Can we pre- order the out of stock pieces?
Yes, all of our products are ready stock, except stated otherwise in the description. You can go to tab 'custom' to make pre- order t-shirt (we open backorders if the materials are still available)

Question 5: Where is my order package? It haven't arrived yet to me.
Please kindly email us to zivenproject@gmail.com, there might be possibilities of delay caused by the shipping courier, but we will try to help you as much as we can. If your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays.

Question 6: Unfortunately, the garment on my item has defect on it. How should i do?
We apologize for our mistake. Please kindly email us to zivenproject@gmail.com and we wil give you the return steps.

Question 7: Are sale items can be returned too?
No it can't, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable, included if the item has defect on it.

Question 8: Can I do the payment using credit card?
Currently we haven't accept credit card payment, but we are trying as soon as possible to enable you make a payment with credit card.

Question 9: How to be your reseller/ dropshipper?
We are open! Please kindly email us to zivenproject@gmail.com and we will give you the reseller/ dropshipper registration. You can also contact us on Line@id / Instagram DM.
